Canceled orders are subject to all costs incurred up to the time of acknowledgment of cancellation. All cancellations must be made in writing via email to email@example.com and are not effective until acknowledged in writing by us via email.
Copy changes may incur a charge. Any personalization details, including names, titles, dates, etc. must be provided in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Illustrator or compatible text document file. Prior to production, corrections made may be subject to additional charges. If corrections are requested after production of the affected pieces, full original order production charges apply.
Custom design fees for 3D image creation are charged on a per project basis, factoring in the complexity of design work required.
All orders shipped to countries other than Canada and the United States may be subject to additional fees, including duties and taxes. Any fees, anticipated or unanticipated, levied after shipment are solely the responsibility of the customer.
Our pricing reflects typical engraving times for most designs. Complex designs may be subject to additional costs due to increased laser time. - Personalization and other customization charges are itemized on quotations. - Orders are subject to packaging and handling fee quoted on a per carton basis.
While every effort is made to maintain all items in inventory, we cannot be held responsible if any item is unavailable. The shapes and specifications listed reflect our crystal inventory. All sizes, capacities, dimensions, etching sizes, and weights are shown and quoted are approximate.
Order quantities may be reduced at any time before production of the order. All changes in order quantities must be made in writing and acknowledged by us before the change is made effective. If order size is reduced after production has commenced, any quantities produced beyond those desired are at the cost of the customer. Pricing will be adjusted to reflect the new final order quantity.
We will make every effort to produce your order in the desired time frame without a rush charge. However, rush order charges may apply in situations where we are asked to meet extremely tight deadlines, and where previous customer commitments or inventory status necessitate such charges. You will be informed of any rush charges on your project prior to our taking action to produce and ship the item(s).
We accept all major credit card and PayPal. All orders must be paid in full prior to production. Your credit card will be charged at the time of your order.
3D Subsurface Laser Engraving: We work with almost any 3D file format. Contact us for specifics. 2D Subsurface Laser Engraving: Photos and other bitmap art may be subsurface engraved. Formats accepted for this purpose include BMP, JPEG, or TIFF at a minimum resolution of 300 DPI or better. If your artwork will not result in an acceptable product, we will contact you to discuss alternatives.
Normal production time is 2-4 business days from final approval of artwork. Specific shipping date(s) will be quoted at the time of order and may vary depending on quantities and inventory status.

Artwork submitted to us is assumed to be in compliance with all applicable laws governing trademarks and copyrights. Responsibility for such compliance rests with the customer. Prices listed herein do not include shipping to Distributor or Client. Delivery is by ground transportation unless otherwise specified in writing by the customer. Ship date refers to the date the item is available for shipping from 3D Laser Art.
If air freight is required to meet a specific delivery date, please advice in writing with order placement. We assume no responsibility or liability for carrier delays.
We ship all courier orders via UPS, USPS Ground service. Other UPS and USPS services are available upon customer request. Please contact Customer Service for service availability and specifics. Other carrier services can be arranged upon customer request. Any pickup charges will be charged to the customer, and the customer bears all responsibility for loss, damage and/or the requested carrier's failure to meet their service commitments.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with the carrier's shipment tracking numbers. Shipment progress may be checked using the carrier's online system.
Each item will be carefully packed prior to shipment. In the event your order is received broken you must contact our customer service department within 48 hours of receipt with pictures of the broken item, there are no exceptions. All packing material including original box, peanuts, and bubble material must be saved in the event a claim has to be filed with the delivering carrier whom also has the right to inspect the package and it's contents at the receivers address. We may ask that you send us the broken item for inspection and will credit you for the shipping charges; however, you will need a Return Authorization (RA) number to do that. If we find your item is broken we will replace it with an exact duplicate at no charge including shipping. You will receive the same exact crystal you received, changes cannot be made.
The engraved product is not returnable or refunded, except as described in Satisfaction Guaranteed. Contact must be made within 72 hours of receipt, there are no exceptions. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org in order to receive a Return Authorization Number, this unique number must be clearly visible on your return shipping label. Merchandise returned without receiving an RA number will be refused and/or sent back to the sender. If an item is returned, all packaging material must be included along with a copy of your return authorization and a copy of your original receipt. Personalized merchandise returns are subject to a 25% customization fee.
